Where do I begin, I was greeted by two very sweet and professional gals named Monica and her trainee Cindy. They where very thorough and helpful w my insurance info and first visit. My experience with Doctor John was amazing he explained everything and he was very soft and gentle w my teeth. I loved how he took pictures of every tooth, that has never been done in the past with other dental places. My teeth look and feel amazing. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental services. I will be recommending others as well. Lastly, the office smells amazing, they provide snacks just in case and water its very clean and not overly crowded, there is plenty of parking available as well. I can't wait for my next visit.

I had been going to a Dentist in Chino for the last 20 years but they were having issues with Delta Dental… any how I after looking around for a new Dentist I found Diamond Bar dental! So far everyone at this practice has been very helpful and friendly, I can’t thank you enough for getting me in fast and being absolutely amazing.

First got recommended this dentist by a family member. My husband had to get an emergency teeth extraction and we knew with the level of care they provided we were in the right hands. From the very first interaction at the desk with Monica she provided an energetic and warm greeting that made us feel at ease.

The whole staff was super friendly and they always asked if we had any questions after each examination. By the end of visit they provided me with a clear breakdown of the work that Dr. John recommend and cost. They even broke down the price into 4 payments so we can take a section at a time to help with the overall cost.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a caring staff of dedicated professionals who are looking for a new dentist. Coming from someone who always gets nervous to visit the dentist I walked out with a smile having such an amazing experience.

I’ve been here for over 4 years. Definitely a caring dentist and dental office. Dr Tchaboukian is detailed and explains any procedure thoroughly that is to be done. His procedures are so gentle and not rough like previous dentists I’ve been to in the past. After cleaning, I have a great smile every time.

The office staff is also wonderful. They follow-up and send reminder about appointments which I usually would forget about. It’s a good thing; trust me.

Sam and Dr. John were amazing. Went in for a cleaning and Dr. John and Sam explained everything thoroughly. Sam did the deep cleaning so smoothly, it was the first time I’ve felt comfortable and not as nervous as I used to be!

Excellent Customer Service, excellent efficiency, excellent professionalism! From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile from Monica and Cindy. They help to set the tone that you are in a place of professional service. Samantha (dental hygienist) is amazing, making sure that she is efficient and fully skilled,. Dr. John and his assistant nurse (Senoba)work together so very well, making sure that you are comfortable at all times and he keeping you informed about everything that he is going to do and is doing. From the time I called to place my appointment they have been very helpful and welcoming me as a new patient .My very first visit all the staff was so nice and on my second visit I had a few fillings that needed attention and the Dentist he was very gentle didn’t really feel no pain glad I came when I came I definitely recommend coming here.

We just moved to the area 3 months ago and was on a search for a Dentist around the area.

My brother at the time was in need of one immediately due to severe pain. We googled and landed across Diamond Bar dental. We are just very lucky to have gone to this place Seriously. I mean all dental clinics of course are all licensed, certified to provide care and needs with regards to Dental concerns. But what stood out most is the Genuine Care, outmost service and transparency.

Monica one of the dental assistants from the front assisted us and was just spectacular. She provided us with all the information and gave us our options with tranparency and no pressure. The smile alone when you come in the door will make you feel welcome. I think what separates this clinic from others is the services really. It just adds to comfortability and espcially for someone like me who is not fond of going to a dentist.

Even the Dental tech that aided me inside (im sorry i forgot your name; i will update this when i get your name on my follow up next week) who took my Xrays and was present during my dental work: she felt my stress and anxiety. Out pf her goodness she even offered her hand for me to hold if I was havng a hard time during the dental work. I am very thankful and would like to encourage everyone to at least give it a try. But i know for sure It is an establishment worth giving a shot and you can thank me later.

I was always afraid of the dentist due to bad experiences. Dr John is the best dentist that I ever experienced. I love how he takes pictures and actually explains to me about my treatment. Monica and Lesly are amazing in the front and helping me with treatment plans and finances. Samatha is so gentle with my cleanings I never feel pain. Great office and staff highly recommend.

Very exhaustive evaluation with lots of digital photos and x-rays. Dr John’s focus was maintaining as much natural teeth as possible augmented by crowns. Implants were a 2nd option. Great savings in the process.

I love Diamond Bar Dental, Dr.John and his amazing stuff have offered a wonderful experience and top of the line services. My family has been thrilled about their treatments and even my 6 year old daughter can’t wait to come to her appointments. Dr John and his staff are amazing. My 3 year old was afraid and the staff was so patient and kind with her. She now does not fear the dentist and loves getting her teeth clean. Dr. John has been my dentist for the past few years. He truly cares about your dental health and recommends preventive procedures so things don't get worse. This is especially important as you get older and want to keep a healthy set of teeth. I highly recommend him and his staff is great too!
